Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We now operate a £5.00 MINIMUM ORDER VALUE EX VAT. Please allow at least 2hrs before collection, as we can be quite busy at times, our Trading Hours are 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, & Electron, We now have a very secure online payment system you can use 'Actinic Payments'. this will speed the processing of the order, we will not charge you anything until we have shipped your order.

Shipping And Handling
Our current rate is £3.50 1st Class Post, No charge for handling & shipping on orders over £75.00 [ UK MAINLAND ONLY ] , and also if you collect from the store we will not charge you shipping.
There is simple way of selecting the shipping, using the selection buttons, PLEASE CAN YOU ENSURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT SHIPMENT.

Delivery Schedule
We will try and process your order for next day, please allow 2 days for larger orders, most of our products are exstock. Any overseas orders are usually delivered within 7 to10 days.
We will contact if we have a problem with the products you have ordered, and if your order will be severely delayed. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
